Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. It is planned to incorporate smart city technologies and to function as a tourist destination. It will consist of six metro lines spanning a total length of 176 kilometers, with 85 stations. The project will cost $22.5 billion to build. The construction calculations for the towers had already been completed when, in late 2006, SL Rasch was asked to design the huge clock add-on.
